bowl mashed paneer

Oil for moyan and cook

Chaat masala to sprinkle
Instructions
Boil peas with salt and water Boil beetroot with salt and water
Mash peas
Peel and Chop beetroot and make juice of it in mixer
Now take wheat flour and add all spices in it and mix well
Add peas, carrot, paneer, coriander leaves and mix well
Now add beetroot juice for binding the flour
Now the dough is ready
Now roll 2 rotis from it with the help of rolling pin
Ab 1 roti le us par oil spread kare
Ab us par sliced tomatoes rakhe
Ab grated paneer dale
Now sprinkle chaat masala, oregano and chilli flakes on it
Ab ise 2nd roti se cover kare
Ab ise oil ki help se tave par cook kare
So it's yummy healthy BCP Dekar is ready
Serve it with Green Chutney
