About this Recipe

Barley is much better than rice and wheat. It is light and digestive. Good for breakfast.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1/2 cup barley
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts
  • 2 tsp coconut paste
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 2 drops keora essence
How to cook?
  1. Heat a pan add milk, when milk starts boiling then add barley.
  2. Stir continuously till it thickens
  3. Add sugar, crushed nuts, coconut paste, cardamom powder and essence.
