Yield / Serves
1 cup rice ,
1/3 cup urad dal
1/4 cup barley
Salt to adjust
1/2 cup Curd
Over night soaked rice, urad dal and barley. Next day morning make a smooth batter with little bit salt.
Add 1/2 cup curd with the batter blend with spatula. Blend click wise and will become fluffy.
Now greece the mould and pour 3/4 in each mould.
Steam for fifteen minutes. Then remove from the mould.
Serve with fresh coconut Chutney and Sambhar.
It is very soft and light due to barley.
