Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice (Boiled )
- 2 cup Rice flour
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 2 Onions
- 1 Tomato
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 100 ml Curd
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (for making dosa)

Instructions
- In a blender add the boiled rice, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger with curd and little water and grind to paste.
- Then in a bowl take rest of the flours and salt, add water and mix well and bring to pouring consistency and add the stuff in the blender to it and mix well like a dosa batter.
- Heat a dosa tawa and grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladle of water and make a thin dosa by spreading it around. Smear few drops of oil.
- Once it is cooked flip off to other side and cook for 30 seconds. Now the crispy dosa is ready.
