- Rinse barley and soak for 30 mins
- Add water and pressure cook for 3 whistles and 10 odd minutes on low flame
- When the cooker cools down, add milk according to consistency required and boil a little more till its unified
- Add sugar for sweetening or only fresh fruits like banana and dates. I've used pomegranate and kiwi too.
