Ingredients
- 6 Bread
- Yogurt curd
- Tamarind Chutney or sour sweet and sour, or sweet
- 1 pinch Cumin Seed jeera
- 1 pinch Coriander dhania
- 1 pinch Chili Powder red
- 1 tsp Salt of, or as per taste
Instructions
- First cut the bread in round shape. For that you can use shapes cutter but i used sharped steel bowl. Once the rounded bread slices will done then put the other ingredients into the bread sliced.
- Take one slice of bread then put one spoon of grated coconut into the middle of the bread.Then take another slice of bread and put it into top of the coconut and press it very little.
- Complete the rest of the bread same way. Now put the sweet yogurt and sweet and sour tamarind sauce over the bread sliced.
- Then sprinkle the spice powder and your bread dahi bada is ready for serve.This is a instant dahi vada.
- You can garnish with mint leaves or coriander leaves into it. Also you can use mint chutney into it. Just try once and i am sure that you will definitely love it. Enjoy.
