Ingredients
- ½ bowl gourd chopped
- ¼ bowl moong badi
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon onion seeds
- 2 whole red chilli
- 2 tablespoon mustard oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add onion seeds and whole red chilli. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder.
- Add chopped bottle gourd and salt. Mix and close the lid for 10 minutes to become soft.
- In other side shallow fry the badi and add chilli powder. Pour the cooked bottle gourd curry.
- Cook again for a minute it will become thick. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or chapati.
