Ingredients
- Yellow Moong Dal soaked in water for 3-4 hours 150 Gms
- Rice Soaked in water for 3-4 hours 150 Gms
- Paneer 100 Gms
- Chickpea Flour 50 Gms
- Semolina 50 Gms
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes ½ Cup
- Finely Chopped Onions ½ Cup
- Chopped Green Chillies 1 Tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil 5-6 Tbsp
- Water As Reqd

Instructions
- Combine soaked rice and moong dal along with water and blend till it forms a smooth paste.
- Transfer it to a bowl and add chickpea flour,semolina,grated paneer,tomatoes,onions,green chillies,ginger paste,cumin seeds,salt and mix well. Allow the batter to rest for 10 mins.
- Take ¼ tsp oil in a non-stick pan(griddle).Once it is warm,pour a laddle-full of batter and spread evenly to make round of 4ââ¬Â.
- Cook on medium flame till it becomes golden-brown from both sides.
- Serve hot with tomato-ketchup and mango pickle.
Notes
- The preparation time does not include the time taken for soaking the lentils and rice.

Thank you Shradda, I have made a similar chilla using moong daal only. This I when I make I will add Rice flour too.
