litre milk

crushed nuts

coconut paste

teaspoon
green cardamom powder

drops keora essence
Instructions
Heat a pan add milk, when milk starts boiling then add barley.
Stir continuously till it thickens
Add sugar, crushed nuts, coconut paste, cardamom powder and essence.
