Sweet And Sour Dry Dates Chutney

Dry dates is super energetic, it is good for heart, skin, hair, bone, digestion and constipation. I made sweet and sour chutney with dates and jambu red chilli.

Ingredients
- 10-12 dry dates
- 2-4 jambu red chilli
- 5-6 to mato
- 1 teaspoon five spices
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tbsp jaggery powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt

Instructions
- Soak the dry dates (Choara) over night then remove the seed and chop the dates.
- Remove the seeds of red chilli then chop.
- Boil chopped dry dates with 1/2 glass water to make soft. Now add chopped red chilli and salt then for a few minutes.
- Add tomato, ginger powder, five spices masala, cover with lid and cook until soft.
- Then finally add lemon juice and again roasted panchphoron. Now ready to serve can be stored for a week in fridge.
