  • Soak the dry dates (Choara) over night then remove the seed and chop the dates.

  • Remove the seeds of red chilli then chop.

  • Boil chopped dry dates with 1/2 glass water to make soft. Now add chopped red chilli and salt then for a few minutes.

  • Add tomato, ginger powder, five spices masala, cover with lid and cook until soft.

  • Then finally add lemon juice and again roasted panchphoron. Now ready to serve can be stored for a week in fridge.
