Ingredients
 

  • 2 Apple better to opt for green ones
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Dip mayonnaise for
  • 1/2 spoon Green Coriander Chutney
  • to Chilli flakes or oregano oregano and sprinkle on mayo
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Firstly take Apples peel off their skin and cut them in fries shape.Now take cornflour and coat them with it and strain the excess of the cornflour.Take a wok add oil wait till it gets hot now add apples into it.

  • Fry them till they turn golden.Take them out keep them on a(kitchen cloth not on tissue)because it will get stick to it.Now take a serving plate and place the fried apples and sprinkle salt on it.

  • For dip- Take mayonnaise add green coriander chutney in and sprinkle oregano and chili flakes on it.Enjoy!!
