Ingredients
- 2 Apples better to opt for green ones
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Oil for frying
- For Dip - 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 spoon Green coriander chutney
- Oregano and chili flakes to sprinkle on mayo
- Salt

Instructions
- Firstly take Apples peel off their skin and cut them in fries shape.Now take cornflour and coat them with it and strain the excess of the cornflour.Take a wok add oil wait till it gets hot now add apples into it.
- Fry them till they turn golden.Take them out keep them on a(kitchen cloth not on tissue)because it will get stick to it.Now take a serving plate and place the fried apples and sprinkle salt on it.
- For dip- Take mayonnaise add green coriander chutney in and sprinkle oregano and chili flakes on it.Enjoy!!
