Goan Sol Kadhi

Ingredients
- Tender coconut grated 2 cups
- Kokam petals 10
- Garlic cloves 5
- Black pepper corns 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chillies 2
- Salt
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander 2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Take grated coconut, green chillies , Brock pepper corns, garlic cloves and 1 glass of water in a mixer grinder
- Prepare a fine paste and strain it through a strainer
- Add some more water to the coconut and repair the process again
- Add Kokam petals, salt and sugar to the extracted coconut milk and mix well .
- Add chopped coriander and Refrigerate it . Serve chilled and enjoy
