  • 2 cup Flour refine
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut fresh
  • 1/2 cup Walnut chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil as required


  • Make a dough with refine flour, refine oil, and chilled water. Then keep in freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Now take a frying pan add grated coconut stir fry. Then add red chilli powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, sugar powder and salt. It will be a dry filling. Then add chopped walnut.
  • Now spread the dough and fill then twist both end. Then deep fry.
