Apple chocolate smoothie is a healthy and quick smoothie recipe made with apple, milk, cocoa powder and sugar. It is an ideal drink for kids as well, as it is tasty as well as healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple big sized
  • 2 cup Milk chilled
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 4 teaspoon Sugar or adjust as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the apple into medium pieces.
  • Take a blender or mixer and add the chopped apples, sugar, cocoa powder and choco chips.
  • First add little milk and blend to a smooth paste.
  • Add the remaining milk and blend until smooth or frothy. Pour into serving glass and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • It is best served chilled and immediately.
  • You can also add few chopped almonds for a healthier version.
  • You can garnish with Choco chips, finely chopped apple pieces or nuts.
