This recipe is inspired by Independence day and our national flag that has Tri -color…focus was to incorporate more of health and make this one an energetic drink for the people who love to work out and then need healthy energy to boost them up.

Hung curd-1 cup
Carrot-1 PC ( blanched and pureed)
Custard apple pulp-2 tblspn
Mint leaves- 2 sprigs (single)
First take the hung curd and divide in 3 equal parts. To the first part which is going to be at the bottom of the glass add 1 chopped kiwi and few mint leaves and a bit of honey if you like it sweet and blend well in a mixer.
To the second part add custard apple pulp (no need to add sweetner as custard apple is naturally very sweet)and blend well to a smooth consistency.
Now to the third and top layer add carrot puree and honey and blend well. Take shot glasses and spoon them over layering /overlapping each other following the pattern of our Tri- color flag
Curd should not be sour.
No artificial sweeteners to be added
Custard Apple’s seeds should be removed.
