Ingredients
- For Vanilla Loaf for vanilla loaf
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 cup Whole Wheat Flour /4
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Caramel or sauce for sauce
- 150 gm Brown Sugar
- 50 gm Butter
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 500 gm Milk Chocolate compound

Instructions
- Preheat oven @180. Butter a 9 by 3 inch loaf pan and line it with butter paper.
- Sift together whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt.
- Mix together milk and vanilla extract.
- Beat oil and sugar for few minutes. Then add curd and mix it well.
- Add flour in 3 parts and milk in 2 parts to curd mixture. Beat until combined till each addtion. Starting and ending with flour.
- Pour into greased loaf pan and bake @180 for 20 minutes. Till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the cake on wire rack for 10 minutes. Clingwrap cake and froze for an hour or more.
- For Caramel sauce
- Add brownsugar to a heavy bottom saucepan.
- Keep saucepan on medium flame. Do not use a spoon or a spatula. Use handle of sauce pan. Keep stirring to avoid sugar to burn. Do not let it smoke. Keep re m Oving from flame till sugar dissolves..
- Wait until you get a caramel colour. Do not let the sugar to caramelised before all the sugar is melted. For this we need to lift sauce pan away from heat if it begins to smoke. Let heat get all the sugar melted.
- Do not smoke up caramel if it smokes we need to trash it and start again. See for right colour of caramel.
- Remove caramel from heat and add cream slowly little at a time keep stirring as you add the cream If we add cream at once caramel crystalizes be careful
- Add butter put caramel on stove for 4 to 6 minutes until sauce thickens. Cool completely.
- Assembling
- Lone up a loafpan with butter paper hanging on either sides of pan.
- Place vanilla Loaf ( remove cling wrap)
- Pour sauce on top of cake. Use spatula to level sauce and freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer.
- Melt milk chocolate or compound. let it cool
- Put cake on wisecracks. put a plate beneath the wisecrack. Pour the chocolate on the cake, on all sides of the cake leave it till chocolate sets. Cut it later.
