This is a dessert recipe which occasionally made. I made this for bhog prasad. I made the anjeri with fig, apple and jaggery. It can be stored for a long time and used in any dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm milk cow milk
  • 50 gm chena
  • 1 teaspoon jaggery powder
  • 1 tbsp anjeri
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 2 bay leaf

Instructions
 

  • Anjeri is prepared before which is made by ripe fig and jaggery. It can be stored for a long time.

  • Boil the milk with bay leaves reduce and reduce to one third. Then put off the flame, add jaggery, grated chena and rose water. Mix all together and mix prepared anjeri.
