Barley has high source of fibre, improves digestion, helps to lose weight, control blood sugar levels, helps lower high cholesterol, prevents heart disease, provide antioxidants, high in vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup barley soaked
  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamon powder
  • 1/4 cup grated dry fruits
  • 2 drops rose water

Instructions
 

  • If you soak the barley it will take less time to cook.

  • Boil the milk with adding soaked barley with medium flame. Slowly the amount will reduce. Then semolina and sugar to be added and stir continuously.

  • Now add grated coconut, grated dry fruits, cardamom powder and 2 drops of concentrate rose water.

  • Now you can see the consistency pour any container and keep in fridge.
