  • Grind 1/2. Coconut and make fresh coconut milk
  • Add and soak chia seeds in it for a minimum of 20 minutes. A couple of hours is good too
  • Sweeten with honey or stevia
  • Add some vanilla essence (this is optional)
  • Place it in a jar
  • Top it with crushed/slushed kiwi
  • Garnish with seeds and nuts of your choice and serve
  • Could mix before consuming
