Cleansing Kiwi Chia Pudding In Coconut Milk

A refreshing and heathy pudding that can be served as a desert or at breakfast to begin the day on a sweet note.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2-3 drops Vanilla extract optional
- 1 handful Seeds and nuts for garnishing

Instructions
- Grind 1/2. Coconut and make fresh coconut milk
- Add and soak chia seeds in it for a minimum of 20 minutes. A couple of hours is good too
- Sweeten with honey or stevia
- Add some vanilla essence (this is optional)
- Place it in a jar
- Top it with crushed/slushed kiwi
- Garnish with seeds and nuts of your choice and serve
- Could mix before consuming
