- Firstly remove the thick vine in the fenugreek leaves and wash it.
- Now boil adding little salt, pinch of baking powder to retain the green color.
- Blend the puree and let it cool.
- In a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, puree,salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, oil and mix well.
- Make dough and keep it aside.
- Grease the chakli mould with crispy stick attachment and put the dough into it.
- Make the sticks and keep them on a greased sheet.
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry them on medium heat turning the side until crisp.
- Remove them on an absorbent paper.
- Allow them to cool before putting them in an airtight container.
- Enjoy them with tea or coffee.
