Idli Tikka is an easy and quick tea time snack made in Airfryer. An innovative tikka recipe

Ingredients for Air Fryed Idli Tikka

  • Semolina Idli/ Rice Idli – 10-15 idlis (small size)
  • Ginger Garlic – Few cloves/ pcs
  • Hung Curd – ½ cup
  • Cashew nuts – 5-6 pcs
  • Fresh Coriander – ½ cup
  • Salt, Red chilli powder – ½ tsp (As per taste)

How to cook Air Fryed Idli Tikka

  1. In a grinder jar, add ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, fresh coriander. Grind to form a smooth paste.
  2. Add this paste to hung curd, 1 tsp oil and mix well to form a nice marinade. Add prepared idlis and coat all idlis well with the marinade. Keep this in bowl in refrigerator for 10-15 min.
  3. Once idlis are marinated well, put the idis on skewers for grilling.
  4. Put the idli skewers in preheated airfryer for grilling at 180 degrees for 10 min.
  5. Once grilled, serve Idli tikka with cut capsicum and tomato.
