Chena And Raw Banana Kofta Curry

There are so many types of kofta. I made this kofta with chena and raw banana which is soft and delicious. Let's see how it is done with less oil and less spices.

Ingredients
- 200 gm chena
- 200 gm mashed raw banana
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- Oil for shallow fry
- Coriander leaves
- Green chillies
- Salt

Instructions
- Mash chena and raw banana add green chillies, salt and chickpea flour.
- Now make a masala paste with cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Make a dough then small size balls. Shallow fry the balls then keep aside.
- Add the masala paste to the oil. Stir the masala then add tomato paste. Stir continuously sprinkle little water and salt.
- Add coconut milk and garam masala. Plate the fried balls and cover with masala then garnish and serve.
