Ingredients
 

  • 200 gm Chena
  • 200 gm Banana mashed raw
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • leaves Coriander
  • Green Chillies
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Mash chena and raw banana add green chillies, salt and chickpea flour.

  • Now make a masala paste with cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

  • Make a dough then small size balls. Shallow fry the balls then keep aside.

  • Add the masala paste to the oil. Stir the masala then add tomato paste. Stir continuously sprinkle little water and salt.

  • Add coconut milk and garam masala. Plate the fried balls and cover with masala then garnish and serve.
