Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm paneer {cut into pieces}
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 Capsicum cut into pieces
  • 8 nos cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 green chili slit
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in wok, add onion n saute till it get transparent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste n saute for minute on low flame.
  • Add tomatoes and green chilies. Mix it well.
  • Add salt, red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder mix it add little water n saute well. Cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, capsicum, green peas. cover the lid n cook for 5minutes on low flame.
  • Add paneer slices in it and mix gently.
  • Add coriander leaves n mix it. Switch off the flame.
  • Paneer Stir Fry is ready to serve. Serve this hot as a side dish or u can serve this with chapati, naan or roti.
