What is better than having a whole variety of fruits as dessert? These fruit kebabs are sure to touch your heart with their unique, enticing flavours . Enjoy them as it is or top them with chocolate, I topped them with my all time favourite coconut cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup persimmons
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 cup oranges
  • 1 cup apples
  • 1 cup pears
  • 1 cup plums
  • 7-8 skewers
  • 1 cup pure coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the fruits and cut them in bite sized pieces.
  • Arrange all of them on skewers and place them on a serving platter.
  • Eat them as it is or top them with toppings of your choice, like chocolate. I used coconut cream, which not only serves as a unique topping but also enhances the flavours of all the fruits.
