Ingredients
- Mozzarella cheese - 200gm
- Mix herbs - 2 teaspoon
- Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dry Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Cornflour - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
- Lollo rosso lettuce leave - 50 gms
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 teaspoon
- Oil for deep fry

Instructions
- Cut Mozzarella cheese in a steak shape.
- Sprinkle mix herb, salt and pepper on chheese. Toss it.
- Mix corn flour and water. Stir well.
- Take a piece of cheese, dip in corn flour mixture well. Put in Dry Bread crumbs. Coat it well. Prepare all pieces with same process. Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry all cheese steak until golden brown.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in halves. Torn lollo rosso. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Put tossed cherry tomatoes and lollo rosso on serving plate. Put a piece of steak. Serve it.
