When I received the Apple Cider Vinegar from Plattershare (Belly Nirvana) i was so happy since i got a healthy ingredient that could be added with our berak fast... Red guava is the most favorite fruit of my family and every morning we have the habit of consuming fruits with few dry fruits, Poha and any vegetable with two whole wheat bread slices. As my first trial i used Apple cider vinegar to toss with my breakfast salad and the taste was simply mind blowing....

Ingredients
  

  • Poha made from Red rice / beaten rice flakes 2 cups
  • Red guava chopped from 4 fruits
  • Few raisins - Pomogranates, cucumber slices
  • Apple cider vinegar 3 tea spoonss
  • Honey two tea spoons
  • Olive oil 1 tea spoon
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Salt a pinch

Instructions
 

  • In a cup add the Apple cider Vinegar, pepper powder, Honey and Olive oil and mix well. Keep aside
  • In a broad bowl add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour the Apple cider vinegar mixture in to bowl and toss well. Serve in bowls and start the healthy day with freshness and energy...
