Ingredients
 

  • 200 gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tsp Herbs mix
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs dry
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomato
  • Lollo Rosso lettuce leave - 50 gms lollo rosso
  • 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Cut Mozzarella cheese in a steak shape.
  • Sprinkle mix herb, salt and pepper on chheese. Toss it.
  • Mix corn flour and water. Stir well.
  • Take a piece of cheese, dip in corn flour mixture well. Put in Dry Bread crumbs. Coat it well. Prepare all pieces with same process. Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry all cheese steak until golden brown.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes in halves. Torn lollo rosso. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Put tossed cherry tomatoes and lollo rosso on serving plate. Put a piece of steak. Serve it.
