Ingredients
- 200 gm Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning (mixed herb)
- 1/2 All Purpose Flour (for coating)
- 2.5 Cup Oil (for frying)

Instructions
How to make cheese sticks
- Take mozzarella cheese cut in into 1/2 inch sticks.
- In a bowl break 2 eggs and whisk well.
- Take all purpose flour and bread crumbs in separate plates. Season the crumbs with salt, pepper, mix herb seasoning and mix it well.
- Take one stick of cheese, coat in all purpose flour and shake off the excess.
- Now coat the cheese in egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Again dip in egg mixture and at last coat with breadcrumbs.
- Now refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the sticks for 30 seconds or till it is golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favourite sauce..!!
