  • Take mozzarella cheese cut in into 1/2 inch sticks.

  • Take all purpose flour and bread crumbs in separate plates. Season the crumbs with salt, pepper, mix herb seasoning and mix it well.

  • Take one stick of cheese, coat in all purpose flour and shake off the excess.
