Vegetable skins paturi We should not throw those vegetable skins and stems which are eatable. Here I am making vegetable skins paturi. Make sure those should be spotless and in good condition. We should know that skins have lots of nutritional value. Sometimes we throw the stems of leafy vegetables, tender pumpkin skin, bottle gourd skin, pointed gourd skin, sponge gourd skin, raw banana skin, potato skin etc. I baked with wrapped up by turmeric leaves to give a natural essence.
