How to use vegetables stock? We should not throw those vegetable skins and stems which are eatable. Make sure those should be spotless and good condition. We should know that skins have lots of nutritional value. Sometimes we throw the stems of leafy vegetables, tender pumpkin skin, bottle gourd skin, pointed gourd skin, sponge gourd skin, raw banana skin, potato skin etc.
