Hibiscus Ice Tea

  • Hibiscus flower 5
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Mint leaves 6-7
  • Lemon wedges 4-5
  • Ice cubes 5-6


  • First of all wash flower and remove the middle string and green string of flower.
  • Boil one glass water add flower after one boil off the flame and strain it and cool it.
  • After 15 min add lemon juice in it you will see that the colour of the water will change.
  • Add sugar and stir it properly. Now take a glass add lemon wedges and mint leaves add hibiscus tea add ice cubes.
  • Serve hibiscus ice tea and garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges.
