Just to change our taste sometimes we can shift to Shahi recipe. That's why I made this easy recipe with simple ingredients which are available in our kitchen.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pc wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp grated dry fruits
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • Oil or ghee for shallow fry

Instructions
 

  • Trim all sides of bread then shallow fry the bread.

  • Make a syrup with cardamom and jaggery. After boiling switch off the flame then dip the fried bread into the syrup. Then take out on a serving plate.

  • Garnish with cream and grated dry fruits. Enjoy the easy recipe sitting home.
