- Paneer...1Cup
- Grated carrot...1cup
- Grated cauliflower...1cup
- Grated peas...1cup
- Boiled mashed potato...1
- Chopped green chilli...2
- Kashmiri red chilli powder...1tspn
- Coriander leaves...4tspn
- Cumin powder...1tspn
- Salt
- Oil for frying
- Garam masala...1/2teaspn
- Corn flour for coating...2tspn
- Fresh cream for garnishing

Instructions
- Grate all the vegetables.
- Heat 2tspn oil in a pan ,add ginger garlic paste & chopped green chilli.Saute it for a while.
- Add grated vegetables, spices & crumbled paneer .Cook it until the mixture comes almost dry.
- Switch off the flame & make it cool for few minutes.
- Now make kebabs of your preferable shapes.
- Take corn flour in a plate,roll the kebabs in it & shallow fry it.
- For gravy, make a paste of onion green chilli, cloves, cardamom & bay leaves.
- Heat 2tspn oil in a pan ,add fennel seeds & cumin seeds & let them crackle.
- Add onion_ginger_garlic paste & fry it till soft.
- Add cashew paste, all spices, salt ,curd & sugar.Mix it well.Vook it for few minutes.
- Add 2 cup of hot water, cover it & cook it until the gravy release the oil on top.
- Adjust salt & gravy.Add coriander leaves & switch off the flame.
- Now take a plate,assemble the kebabs on it & pour the gravy over it.Garnish with coriander leaves & fresh cream.Serve hot with any indian bread.
