Instructions
Grate all the vegetables.
Heat 2tspn oil in a pan ,add ginger garlic paste & chopped green chilli.Saute it for a while.
Add grated vegetables, spices & crumbled paneer .Cook it until the mixture comes almost dry.
Switch off the flame & make it cool for few minutes.
Now make kebabs of your preferable shapes.
Take corn flour in a plate,roll the kebabs in it & shallow fry it.
For gravy, make a paste of onion green chilli, cloves, cardamom & bay leaves.
Heat 2tspn oil in a pan ,add fennel seeds & cumin seeds & let them crackle.
Add onion_ginger_garlic paste & fry it till soft.
Add cashew paste, all spices, salt ,curd & sugar.Mix it well.Vook it for few minutes.
Add 2 cup of hot water, cover it & cook it until the gravy release the oil on top.
Adjust salt & gravy.Add coriander leaves & switch off the flame.
Now take a plate,assemble the kebabs on it & pour the gravy over it.Garnish with coriander leaves & fresh cream.Serve hot with any indian bread.
