Chilly Garlic Potato Bites

My daughter enjoys Mc-Cain chilly garlic bites. As frozen food has preservatives in it and is not that good, so I prepared chilly garlic potato bites at home.

Ingredients
- 4 Boiled potatoes peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 Teaspoon chilly flakes
- 1 Teaspoon fried garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ching's schezwan chutney
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 Green chilly chopped
- Salt
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- First boil potatoes and peel and grate them Now take a bowl add grated potato, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon corn flour, salt, garlic, chilly fakes, green chilly and schezwan chutney; mix all ingredients nicely
- Form a dough as shown in picture, apply little bit oil so that it is not sticky
- Now in a flat platform roll the dough as shown in picture
- Cut it into small bites
- In a plate take rest of corn flour and dust it onto the bites
- Take a pan with oil and fry these bites till they are brown and crispy. Take out and place them on a tissue paper so that extra oil gets removed
- Serve it hot with sauce or chutney
Notes
- You can change the quantity of chilly flakes and garlic according to your taste
- Fried garlic is easily available in market in case you are unable to find it just chop fresh garlic and fry it in oil for a minute and use it
- Even you can prepare this and keep it in freezer for day or 2 and fry it later
