Gulab jamun is a widely renowned and mouthwatering dessert. I've crafted numerous dishes using this delightful sweet. This time, I incorporated it into a wheat mixture and made pancakes. The taste is truly scrumptious.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Wheat flour
  • 5 pieces Gulab jamun
  • 4 tsp Syrup
  • 50 gm paneer crumbled
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 cup Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate sauce

Instructions
 

  • Take a plate and add wheat flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla essence, fennel seeds, syrup, paneer, and crumbled gulab jamun. Then, add milk and mix until it forms a thick batter.

  • Heat oil in a pan, pour a spoonful of batter, cover it, and cook it well. After a few minutes, flip it and fry the other side.
  • Make all the pancakes this way. Serve them with chocolate sauce and sprinkle milk powder over them. This extra touch is loved by kids very much.
