- Aathachakka / sweet sop : 2
- Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Cold water: 1 cup
Instructions
- Peel off the skin.
- Remove the fruit pulp.
- Blend the fruit pulp with cardamom powder, sugar and cold water .
- You can add honey instead of sugar.
