Ingredients
- 3 cup Basmati Rice soak in water for half an hour before boiling boiled â
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds â
- 1 tsp Masala pao bhaji â
- 1/2 lime Lime Juice €“ 1/2 Tbsp juice â
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 4 Green Chillies â slit
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables cauliflower, green peas, beans, carrot, potato, capsicum â
- 3 tbsp Mint chopped â
- 1/4 cup Paneer diced into cubes, shallow fry in the pan with little bit oil/ghee â
- 1 Bay Leaf â
- 2 stick Cinnamon â
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste â
- 1 Onion chopped â
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee â

Instructions
- In a heavy bottomed pan heat ghee and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, ginger & garlic paste.
- Now add chopped onions and sauté it for few mins.
- Add the vegetables, pao bhaji masala and salt. Allow them to cook until they are soft.
- If needed add some water.
- Once the vegetables are cooked add paneer, mint, green chillies and lime juice.
- Now add the boiled rice into the cooked vegetables . Mix it and cook it for 2-3 mins.
