- 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seed
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds

Instructions
- First dry roast all ingredients together in a kadai or pan . Let it cool .
- Now take a grinder and process all ingredients well and make a powder . Roasted spices mix powder is ready . Sprinkle this powder on dahi vadas and enjoy .
