Mouth watering apple flavored rabdi!!

Ingredients
- Half Litre Milk
- 2.5 teaspoon Sugar
- A pinch of Cardamom powder
- Nuts- Kaju & Pista-10
- Half Apple- Pureed and a few cut pieces

Instructions
- Boil milk at medium heat.
- After it boils, keep it at slow heat & keep scraping the malai & stick it to the pan at the sides.
- Keep collecting the malai & reduce the milk to one-third in volume.
- Now scrape the malai from the sides & add it to the milk. You will notice that the milk has now become thick.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder and nuts to this thick pudding type mixture.
- Keep mixing till sugar dissolves or else the rabdi will burn.
- After approximately 5 -7 minutes of stirring, rabdi is done. Remove from heat & let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Now add the apple puree and a few apple pieces to the rabdi.
- Garnish with nuts, refrigerate & enjoy cold Apple Rabdi with some hot jalebis!!
Notes
- Half a litre of milk gives almost 3/4th bowl of rabdi.
