Onion Paratha

Ingredients
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Mashed potatoes 1 cup
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Chopped green chilli
- Chopped fresh coriander
- Roasted cumin powder
- Roasted chilli flakes
- Dried mango powder
- Salt
- Oil as required
Instructions
- Make a dough with wheat flour, salt, mashed potatoes and oil
- Preheat a frying pan add oil then chopped onion, chilli flakes, roasted cumin powder and sauteed for few minutes with high flame. Then switch off and add, salt, dried mango powder.
- Divide the dough with equal amount and fill with cooked onion. Then spread like chapati and pan fry like paratha. Serve with curd and cooked potatoes.
