Pancake Sandwich

  • 3 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup cron flour
  • 4 egg
  • Salt
  • Milk 1 glass and water
  • Mint
  • Carrot


  • In a large bowl, sift together the flour, and salt.
  • Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and mix until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.
  • Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
