Ingredients
- 3 cup plain flour
- 1 cup cron flour
- 4 egg
- Salt
- Milk 1 glass and water
- Mint
- Carrot

Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, and salt.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
