Banana Sushi Rolls

Preparing healthy breakfast or lunch boxes for kids is not an easy task. They don't like same dish, always want variation. So mamma have to search for recipes which will be healthy but easy to make and ingredients are also easily available.
Banana sushi roll is healthy and quick recipe for breakfast. Goodness of banana with walnut, nutella, coconut ,honey and whole wheat tortilla is just awesome. Happy me enjoying satisfactory smile on my son's face.

  • 2 bananas whole, peeled
  • 4 tablespoon nutella
  • 2 tablespoon walnut slices
  • 2 tablespoon coconut powder
  • 2 tortillas whole wheat
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional


  • Spread 2 tbsp of nutella on whole wheat tortilla.
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp walnut slices and 1 tbsp of coconut crumbs on it.
  • Drizzle honey on it.
  • Now place one peeled banana on it. Roll it up tightly.
  • Cut small sushi roll pieces by a sharp knife. Do same to the other one.


Other stuffing ingredients can be used
