Ingredients
  

  • Paneer Cottage Cheese-250 gm (Cut in finger length )
  • Oil / ghee/ butter -20gm
  • For Marination - Ginger garlic paste- 10 gm
  • Turmeric powder 2gm
  • Elichi powder -1 gm
  • Hung Yoghurt -20gm
  • Black salt/ salt - 4 gm
  • Red chilli powder -2 gm
  • Coriander
  • For Chutney - Spring onion 4 nos
  • Garlic - 10 nos
  • Oil
  • Green chilli
  • Tomato – seedless

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for marination and Marinate the Paneer (Cottage Cheese)fingers.Keep in refrigerator for an hour
  • Meanwhile prepare simple spring onion chutney in mortar and pestle. using the ingredients for Chutney mentioned above.
  • Heat a pan with some oil and skewer the paneer.
  • Cook through and serve hot with chutney.
