  • Paneer cottage cheese-250 gm (cut in finger length )
  • 20 gm Butter or oil, or ghee oil ghee
  • 10 gm Ginger Garlic Paste for marination
  • 2 gm Turmeric Powder
  • 1 gm Elichi Powder -1 Gm elichi powder
  • 20 gm Yoghurt hung
  • 4 gm Black Salt or salt salt
  • 2 gm red chili powder
  • Coriander
  • 4 Spring Onion for chutney nos
  • 10 Garlic nos
  • Oil
  • Green Chillies
  • Tomato â seedless


  • Mix all ingredients for marination and Marinate the Paneer (Cottage Cheese)fingers.Keep in refrigerator for an hour
  • Meanwhile prepare simple spring onion chutney in mortar and pestle. using the ingredients for Chutney mentioned above.
  • Heat a pan with some oil and skewer the paneer.
  • Cook through and serve hot with chutney.
