Ingredients
- Paneer Cottage Cheese-250 gm (Cut in finger length )
- Oil / ghee/ butter -20gm
- For Marination - Ginger garlic paste- 10 gm
- Turmeric powder 2gm
- Elichi powder -1 gm
- Hung Yoghurt -20gm
- Black salt/ salt - 4 gm
- Red chilli powder -2 gm
- Coriander
- For Chutney - Spring onion 4 nos
- Garlic - 10 nos
- Oil
- Green chilli
- Tomato – seedless

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for marination and Marinate the Paneer (Cottage Cheese)fingers.Keep in refrigerator for an hour
- Meanwhile prepare simple spring onion chutney in mortar and pestle. using the ingredients for Chutney mentioned above.
- Heat a pan with some oil and skewer the paneer.
- Cook through and serve hot with chutney.
