Ingredients
- Carrot -1 kg
- Sugar -250 gms or as per taste u can also add sugar free powder instead of sugar
- Milk powder- 1 cup
- Desi ghee -2 tbsp
- Chopped cashew- 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder -1 tbsp
- Chopped pistachio- 2 tbsp
- Chopped almonds -2 tbsp
- Milk -2/1/2 cups
- Cashew for garnish

Instructions
- Wash and grate the carrots.
- Put the milk to boil, when it starts boiling add grated cattots, cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- Stirring occasionally, now add sugar mix well and cook till the sugar dissolved and all the milk has been absorbed.
- Add Ghee and simmer the flame stir for 2 minutes, add chopped nuts and cardamom powder, and milk powder mix and saute for another 2-3 minutes till everything is blended.
- If there are milk powder lumps, no worries, mash them with spatula.
- Dish out the halwa and garnish with cashew.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
