Gajar ka halwa also known as gajrela is a sweet dessert pudding, Gajar ka halwa is a very delicious Indian dessert usually prepared with grated carrot, sugar, dry nuts and mawa, i have used milk powder instead of mawa
Put the milk to boil, when it starts boiling add grated cattots, cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
Stirring occasionally, now add sugar mix well and cook till the sugar dissolved and all the milk has been absorbed.
Add Ghee and simmer the flame stir for 2 minutes, add chopped nuts and cardamom powder, and milk powder mix and saute for another 2-3 minutes till everything is blended.
If there are milk powder lumps, no worries, mash them with spatula.
