Ingredients
  

  • .oats 2 cup .
  • Beetroot 1 large
  • Green peas 1 cup.
  • Beans 1 cup.
  • Potato 1 large
  • Carrot 2 no
  • Chopped green chilli 2 no
  • Finely chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Chana daal 1 tbsp
  • Urad daal 1 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 6 to 8
  • Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the oats and keep aside .
  • Peel wash and cut the vegetable into dices, chop the beans.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and pop the mustard seeds ,chana dal and urad dal. add curry leaves.
  • Saute the green chili and onion,now add the vegetables with 2 cup of water .
  • After a boil cover and cook  the vegetables.
  • Add roasted oats and cook FOR 3 to 5 minutes more.
  • Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon slice.
