Ingredients
- 2 cup Oats
- 1 large Beetroot
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 cup Beans
- 1 large Potato
- 2 no Carrot
- 2 no Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chana Daal
- 1 tbsp Urad or daal daal
- to Lemon Juice taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 6 leaves Curry
- leaves Garnishing or coriander coriander chopped for

Instructions
- Dry roast the oats and keep aside .
- Peel wash and cut the vegetable into dices, chop the beans.
- Heat the oil in a pan and pop the mustard seeds ,chana dal and urad dal. add curry leaves.
- Saute the green chili and onion,now add the vegetables with 2 cup of water .
- After a boil cover and cook  the vegetables.
- Add roasted oats and cook FOR 3 to 5 minutes more.
- Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon slice.
