Ingredients
  

  • 4 piece Bread slices
  • ½ cup Nuts chopped
  • 2 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Castor Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Coriander chutney
  • ½ cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin seeds powder roasted, as per taste
  • Red Chili Powder as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take bread slices and remove the sides. Soak the slices in water slightly and press gently.
  • Stuff chopped nuts in bread in centre and roll the bread to give the shape of vada.
  • Place all bread vada in a serving dish.
  • Top with sweetened curd, chutney, spices. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
