Ingredients
- 4 piece Bread slices
- ½ cup Nuts chopped
- 2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Castor Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
- 2 tbsp Coriander chutney
- ½ cup Pomegranate Seeds
- Salt as per taste
- Cumin seeds powder roasted, as per taste
- Red Chili Powder as per taste

Instructions
- Take bread slices and remove the sides. Soak the slices in water slightly and press gently.
- Stuff chopped nuts in bread in centre and roll the bread to give the shape of vada.
- Place all bread vada in a serving dish.
- Top with sweetened curd, chutney, spices. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
